About us
www.prixusine.fr is owned by Centre Europe Conditionnement company (« CEC »). Most of our products are “original” products manufactured by CEC’s partners or subsidiaries. Most of the companies, all stocks and logistic management are located in Auvergne, south of Clermont-Ferrand, near A71 / A75 highway. Close proximity of production sites, no intermediates and modern logistic management allow us to provide wholesale manufacturer prices, 50 to 80% less than retail prices.

Why prix usine (factory price) ?
Our target is to decrease the number of intermediaries between you and us.
We try to provide the best products with very reasonable prices.
How to make an order ?
Prixusine.fr is a standard website: you have to set up a customer account before making your order. When you are connected, you can make a virtual shopping basket.
If you like our price, make your choice(s), then you can confirm and pay your order.
All orders should be made on the website, there is no other method.
Why can I only paid with my credit card ? ?
We have choosen E-Transaction from Crédit-Agricole, a leader in online French banks.
This online payment system reduces delays between order and delivery. Payment verification and payment validation are automatic and resolved immediately. When this step is done, your order may be prepared quickly and shipped.
All bank data is encrypted; Prixusine.fr doesn’t see or keep that data. Prixusine.fr only sees the response of the bank after payment: If it’s correct, your order is processed.
How can I check products availability ?
If you can put a product in your virtual basket, that means the product is available. Availabilities are processed in real time; product availability on Prixusine.fr is real time. If a product is not available, you won’t be able to place your order!
An error message keeps me from placing my order ! !
We sometimes see this problem; it can be caused by incorrect account info.
Go back to the home page (you can use the “back” navigator’s function)
Log into your customer account and look at the fields: delivery address, billing address, phone, e-mail…
If the problem continues, please contact us.
What about the delivery times ?
We try to be as quick as possible in our order processing. All orders received before 13pm, are usually shipped the same day (except week-ends and holidays). We use Colissimo delivery services. Shipments normally take 2 days after delivery to the carrier.
Can I track my order and packages? ?
You will be informed about your order at each step; you will receive a confirmation by email when we deliver to the carrier. The confirmation mail contains your bill and your tracking number. You can click the tracking number link to check your package status.
How to return an order ? (cf. conditions générales de vente)
If you are not satisfied, or if the product is defective, you can return your order in the original packaging. When we receive and verify the product, your money will be refunded using bank credit to the credit card which was used (if products are defective, the cost of shipping will also be refunded).
You have 7 days after receipt to return products.
